the AMAZING SPIDER-MAN!

I didn't like how the other spidey pose turned out; stiff, awkward looking, weightless, unimaginative...
I plan to use that pose later.Having him fight someone among the buildings should do the trick, it would make much more sense for him to be cocking his fist the way he is since the pose looks much more like a leaping punch than it does a swing. So... here is a much better pose to describe the AMAZING-SPIDERMAN

A cleaned up version .His right hand was awkward so i changed it; also some miner changes here or there, does it make the drawing better? I don't think so. The original was fine, I wasn't going to post it but ..... whatever.

CAP ~REVISED~

I took five for a bit, ate and went for a short walk came back and did what i was trying to do for way too long (draw this head). This new head works much better, that was driving me mad! Theres is something to be said about taking a break....it works.

Captain America

I'm not happy with caps head here the placement is wrong, it screws with the flow of energy in the pose making the vault look stiff. At least thats how its looking to me, nutting i can do about it though lord knows I tried.

DEATH

Sundays my day off drawing for the blog so what I'll do is post something old like this drawing from 2003 depicting the grim reaper standing over a broken hour glass....enjoy

CONAN

Obviously some influences can be seen here in this Conan sketch but that goes with all my art. This is the only version of the character that i see when I imagine him (in illustrated form anyway) that works for me. "CONAN.... WHAT IS BEST IN LIFE!?!?"

THE INCREDIBLE HULK!

This character is a huge favorite of mine, an unstoppable force total wrecking machine I love it! I've got high hopes for the new film since the thought of the last one makes me sick and the film promises to be more true to the character, got my fingers crossed.

Wonderwoman rough

I found that I couldn't sleep last night thinking of drawing wonderwoman, I got up did this and back to bed peacefully. shes like a sleeping pill.

Villains

Ron had asked me to come up with some ideas for villains that could be used in D&J. I went home and did these sketches....Fun stuff.

The whole drawing hasn't been scanned here, the bottom is a desert showing a pyramid (Zarina's layer)that would disappear and reappear in different locations on earth.

The Prof is a full fledged nut, Drinking the formula x serum he would mutate into a hulk like monster he would use this form to get whatever he needed for his hellish experiments.
This Alien robot frozen on earth for thousands of years has a thirst for power that cannot be quenched. Practically indestructible he plunders the earth of its resources.
These two were based on starscream and megatron.
This dudes all about "cold hard cash" robing banks and such
The Mighty Hercules show was a big inspiration here.

Some of these were used (not in the way i intended)others were not.But it was fun, having freedom to do whatever pops into the mind! Enjoy

Brush pen sketch

An attempt at using the brush pen, as with anything else when it comes to drawing its going to take allot of time to feel comfortable with this tool. the jokers hair needs work and finer details are hard to do I plan to try a real brush sometime soon.

I have an image of what Superman looks like in my head buts its hard to capture so i do allot of sketching trying to work him out.
